I really dont feel very positve today
I think its because I have to stay in so Im not able to go to th gym or go for a walk.Im trying to keep busy and im wondering if i can actually burn of calories by doing housework??:frown:

stick some music on and dance
burns calories and makes you feel good!

Absolutely!!! Pop some music on...wiggle your bum as you mop the floor, hoover, wash down the tiles etc... if you go into the exercise function and search cleaning you are also able to add it to your daily activity... x0

I recommend Gloria Gaynor's "I Will Survive" and Jill Scott's "Hate on Me" as great power tunes for housework!0
