I am new to this site ( third day on here and LOVE IT ) .

Anyone brestfeeding? I am still breastfeeding my son and was wondering if any of you are and how you add in the bfing factor to your "plans" ? I know at WW you add about 10points a day. I am not sure how much to add or if I should add any calories.

TIA

I'm nursing too. I saw a post from someone a couple of months ago that researched it and figured out that nursing can be calculated in cardio exercise burning at a rate of 90 calories per 1/2 hour.

Good luck and welcome to the site, its awesome.: smile:

I believe nursing is about 500 cal extra a day, that's what I used while I was nursing.
