I am on day 4 of insanity! I'd been doing hip hop abs about 4 weeks prior, but I continued to eat like p:smile::smile: p! So, For about 2-3 weeks, I've been really buckling down, and paying attention to what goes into my mouth and the portion amount--And I signed up for my fitness pal!

I want some REAL results! Number one, for health...but I'd also like to look great too! Any Insanity lovers out there? What kind of results did you have, and how long did it take you to start noticing a difference? You all inspire me!
