    Side crunches, side-V crunches, reptiles, reptile on the run... I can't really give a brief description of these. You'll have to google them or go to bodyrock.tv to understand how to do them.

    i dont know about squatts,but i do oblique crunches with alittle weight,and i can say my love handles are barley there anymore:bigsmile:

    You can't spot lose fat. Just do as balanced a routine as you can (certainly won't discourage you from doing squats!) cardio and strength. Your body distributes fat however it wants. The only way to get it off, is to get it all off.
