Salmon dry fried in a pan. Once done add some balsamic vinegar and honey to the pan to make a glaze (don't need too much so not too many cals). Serve with some boiled new potatoes and steamed greens. It is very yummy!

When I cook salmon, I usually take a piece of tinfoil, spray it with some nonstick spray, then place the salmon fillet on the tin foil with a little minced garlic and oregano, then fold over the tinfoil so the fillet is covered and bake it in the oven at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. You can also use some smart balance or earth balance butter instead of nonstick spray for a more buttery flavor.

Another thing I do with salmon is i'll use a seasoning rub or spices, like a cajun seasoning, cover the majority of the salmon, and use the same baking method with tinfoil and nonstick spray. Both ideas are absolutely delicious!

    Salmon Pie:

Make mashed potatoes to taste (~4-5 large potatoes)
Mix in 2 pouches of pink salmon

Option 1: spread potato/salmon mixture into a bread/loaf pan to make more of a salmon "loaf" and bake for 30 minutes (~360 degrees)
Option 2: buy pillsbury pre-made pie crust and place one in the bottom of a pie pan, then fill with potato/salmon mixture. Cover with second pie crust, cut off excess around edges and poke holes in the top. Bake for 30 minutes (~360 degrees).

If you make the mashed potatoes lighter and eat reasonable portions, it's not bad calorie wise at all and it's yummy!
