I need help. I am at the whole 1200 cal. thingy to lose about 1.4 pounds a week and was there. I mean I lost 3 pounds in like 2 weeks but now with my hubby gone for work for a few days I am here alone with my two young boys. Needless to say I eat when I am stressed and I am STRESSED with these two. SO anyways, I feel like I am never going to lose this and we are going to Disney in Sept. which I need to lose at least 15 pounds before we go. I won't even wear a swimsuit if I don't. What can I do?

Don't give up on yourself. You can do it. September is a few months away and you will see the pounds drop. I can say that from experience.

    DON'T GIVE UP. :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

my goal ( a friends wedding) is also in september..and i also seem to be behind on what i planned. I wanted to lose so much more by now but i havent!

but the main thing is that you hang in there! your boys really want a healthy and fit mommy to play with them! so stick it out! i PROMISE it will work! some people (like you and me) just have to watch it go alot slower than some others!

    Desiray,
DON'T GIVE UP. You can do this. I have two young girls and my husband travels sometimes for work. It is hard when you're responsible for everything, and you certainly don't feel like fixing a meal for yourself after the kids have settled. Just cut yourself some slack while your husband is gone. You can get back on track when he gets back. Take the boys out for a walk and you'll kill two birds with one stone....some exercise plus a diversion for your kids. Keep going. You'll be so happy you did when you look smokin' hot at Disney. :flowerforyou:
