Its very hard for us right now to eat right. i have a young healthy hungry hubby who needs large amounts of food to burn through quickly (with his darned high metabolism) but after everything i've quit in my life mine is shot.

On top of which, niether of us are working. We can't find work anywhere. He's on unemployment and we are lucky to have eggs and bread (or canned soup) some days to eat. we have too cook for four ppl, two of which are very hungry men. So my sister and I (i live with her, renting) are always failing on eating healthy.

Ppl always make it sound so easy, but its just not. I had to make chicken and (biscuit) dumplins for us so it would last 3 days for dinner. Its hard to shop and eat healthy when feeding big hungry fellas, on top of which when you can barely make dr bills much less groceries.

I'd like to get stuff to eat healthy, but since i dont like salads, beans, tofu, soy anything, etc, my options of eating healthy end up more expensive. I think if we could just find me a job, then I could, plus I might loose weight staying busy (i eat less when i'm working or busy away from home)

I'm very frustrated. I'm stressed out by his family, by bills, by lack of income, by hectic schedules, by life. And mostly that I gained weight and dropped my routine due to it all. Its defeating.

I know I can get stuff back together, things generally eventully work out for me, but I'm a lil' dark cloud right now. Needed to share, need inspiration, or at least maybe someone else understands.
