Hi just wondering if anyone on here attends TOPS ( Taking off Pounds Sensible) If so I would love to join a group if there is one on here, I just started TOPS last week but would like the online support as well. Let me know.

    I belong to TOPS here in Lancaster PA. This will be my 7th week. I love it! And much cheaper than Weight Watchers. Good luck!
