quick morning jumpstart?

I usually exercise in the afternoon (6p.m.) or late in the night (after nine) but I feel like I might be a little more energized in the morning if I could find a quick (maybe ten or fifteen minute) routine to do when I wake up. or maybe I could do it on my lunch break. Any thoughts on the idea? Thanks in advance :)
