I have over 200 pounds to lose support group!!!!

I hope we get a few of us in here to help with a little motivation. If you're overweight but 200+ pounds things are a little different. I'm trying to look at small goals along the way to help myself to succeed. If you start out with a 200 pound mark it just seems impossible. I think the best thing is setting mini goals of 25 ponds in what I think is a reasonable 2 months. I plan on starting my exercise journey with the C25K work out plan and then move on to P90X. My starting weight is a robust 450 ponds and so far I have lost about 20. I am on the slim fast diet and am taking in between 1500 and 2000 calories a day. I hope to have some responses here that way we can challenge each other and maybe come up with mini challenges for ourselves to compete in. I think competition brings out the best in people and I am up for a good challenge.
