How many calories should I give for wine when I use it in cooking? Do I use the full value of the wine or allow for the alcohol to be burned off and if so how do I calculate it?

If I use a cup say, I will split it into whatever the serving size is. Most often I am making a couple slices of chicken/fish or whatever, so I will just calculate 1/2.0
