How to slim down hips??

Hi

Does anyone one have any good tips on how to get slimmer hips and thighs? I do spinning twice a week, gym once and walk everyday.

    I did ChaLEAN Extreme and lost 6 inches from my hips.

    Yep! ChaLEAN Extreme is awesome. I have not finished my third week yet, and I lost 6-1/4 inches all over. Mainly my hips and biceps! She is good at doing that. Squats and bowler's lunges BABY!

    You cannot spot reduce fat.

    Riding a bike or using elliptical too much will do just the opposite and will make you thigh muscles bigger. Mix up your routine, try jogging or running, zumba, get in at least 3 -5 days of cardio and 2-3 days of strength training.

    hello! what is the ChaLEAN Extreme??? I have the same problem with my hips and tigs :( and im so tired of it

    You cannot spot reduce fat.
    This. Only way to lose fat is as how you put it on.
