Does anyone own this? Love it? Hate it? My house is small and am thinking of using this since it wouldn't take up space. Is it worth the cost? Anything else you want to share about this equipment would be appreciated! Thanks for your input! Sharon

Have it, like it. I didn't trust it on a door, and ended up wall-mounting it. It works well, has a lot of flexability.

Could you wall mount it outside, undercover?
How did you wall mount it?

2x4's through where the door is supposed to go, pinching it to the wall, bolted into studs (I put it in the garage). 2x4's against the top of the top mount and the bottom of the bottom mount just to make sure they're put. The bottom is about 1' off the ground, and the is probably 6.5'. Works great.

If you know what you're doing (that's the BIG thing), have the right tools, and kind find the studs, it's cake.

what the resistance like on this thing?
not keen on it myself, just curious really...give me free weights any day of the week. though i guess for a lot of folk its a much cheaper (albeit probably less effective - but thatentirely depends on what your goals are) option.

It has three bands, if you need more resistance, you add another band. One is 25lbs, one is 34lbs and the last is 40lbs - for 100 total. You can mix and match them any way.
