I wanted to tell everyone, Hello! Im glad to be apart of mfp. I am trying to lead a healthier life style (which is now reflecting on my husband and trust me it is a good thing!) and set a good example for my son. I heard about this wonderful site from my friend, Amanda. She is the only friend I have so far on mfp; so please I need the encouragement and help.
