Does anybody know if Leslie Sansone walk at home dvds are considered low impact or general aerobics? It makes a difference in the calories burned. Just curious.

General aerobics IMO, that is closest to my HRM,

I chart mine under walking, brisk pace and then by the miles per hour. I do 12 minute miles so I do 5.0 mph. It's pretty close on calories burned to what my HRM said.0

Thank you! I think I have been eating way too few calories because I have been putting it in under low impact. I really appreciate the help. I love her too. She keeps me motivated. I like the fact she is healthy and does not have a body that's impossible for me to have. I won't say good luck because you ladies have worked hard and luck had nothing to do with it. I find it truely inspiring!0
