two weeks in and I already see some changes

so I haven't made any big changes in my diet yet (slow change works better for me) but I HAVE been staying within my calorie limits (aka eating a lot less) and I DO like eating fruit and salad and I don't eat meat and get protein from low fat alternatives so I guess my diet's not TOO bad, I just have a sweet tooth. I also started doing color guard at my high school which is a great calorie burner and build muscle

within two weeks I've lost an inch of my neck, and inch and a quarter off my waist, and and inch off my hips. And I put on some muscle. The changes aren't photo worthy yet but I'm still pretty pumped :D
