What are your macronutrient percentages?

After playing around with mine for about a week, I've gone back to the 55/15/30 C/P/F. It seems to fit with the diet that has worked best for me, with a little less fat than I'm used to -- I think I was getting too much.
I believe that a person's ethnic heritage has a lot to do with what balance works best for his or her health.

Does the site auto-calculate them somewhere or do i have to resort to actual mathematics? I do that all day and really don't want to....I'm whining a bit

If you go to your homepage, click goals, then change goals, then custom, you can see.
If you haven't edited them I believe the default is 55/15/30.0 -
Right now I'm experimenting with a 30/40/30 (c/p/f) ratio...so far so good!0

35/35/30 C-P-F works for me!0

mine are 20 for carbs and 30 for fat and 50 for protein. I'm toying with the idea to move fat from 30% to 40% and decreasing my protein to 40%.0

I shoot for 40/40/20...C/P/F.0
-
Wow, lower carb people :P0

Right now, 30-35-35. It's an ideal. I miss a lot, especially when I get my headaches (migraine meds are brutal if your tummy isn't properly carb-coated). It's ok, though.
Nothing's perfect, and it gives me something to shoot for. Aside from that, I've also done 40-30-30 and liked that pretty well, too.

Ha ha..........I am one of the radical "Primal" people on this site..........
My ratios are:
Fat 65%
Protein 30%
Carbs 5%
This is where I feel my best and my body starts functioning properly and is in balance.0 -
OK i took all my logs, added each macro column then divided by number of entries to get an average for each nutrient. totaled each column to get a total for each nutrient then divided by the total of all nutrients to get percentages of my actual intake and came up with 63(c), 17(f), 20(p). However, I guess I don't have a feel for what ratio is good. this has been working well. Based on the numbers in my goal section i should be 66/16/18. if that's the case, just doing what feel right has set me up well. any help here?0

My goals are 70% carbs, 15% protein, and 15% fat. Those are based on the fact that the amount of exercise I do that I don't even count as exercise because it is work so I need the added carbs for endurance and anaerobic performance for weight training that much (lifting for my personal training sessions, teaching weight training and aerobics classes, etc.) and I have to limit my protein for a kidney donation and my fat because of an increased cancer risk. I usually end up more like 80% carbs though.0

I do best at 55% carbs, 20-25% protein, and 20-25% fat.0

Right now I am at 50/20/30 C/P/F but I am considering a change0

I'm maintaining while trying to build muscle slowly, so right now I’m at
55 carbs
25 protein
20 fat
But I think it all depends on your goals. This works well for me even though I have to admit when I don’t log as I go I usually go over the fat percentage. If I watch it during the day I can keep it at 20.0
