I just started back on my weight loss goal. I weighed in a little early (I usually weigh in once a week on friday) and I have lost 3lbs already this week. It's a small number but it feels like a big accomplishment for me. I've been doing the yo-yo diet thing for awhile it feels good to stick to it this time and see results on the scale :-)
