Hi all I'm new here. I an very overweight but am finally doing something about it. This site looks excellent and I can't wait to get started!:smile:

    Oh wow! Thank you all for the warm welcomes and the friend requests! I am delightfully surprised at the open arm welcome here! This is great and makes me even more excited to be a part of something that will help me get healthier and where I can offer encouragement as well!
