Can someone help me break down the "Your Daily Summary" on the home page?
To clarify: I know I should not exceed my goal (1390) but maintain at least 1200. What role does the "net" and "calories remaining" play in obtaining between 1200 and 1390?
I'm confused and might be over/under eating....
KTHX

PS - Please ignore my typo in the title, unable to correct.

You need to eat at least the 1200. Anything after that is extra from your workouts. The 1390 is your total for the day with what you have earned from work outs. you can eat up to the 1390 and be ok, because you worked out. Net calories is what your body is really taking in.
what you have eaten - your workout= your net

Under the sumary, do I meet the 1200 min under "net" or "food"?0

you need to meet the 1200 under net.0

I understand it now as you HAVE TO eat 1200 because if you don't your starving yourself!0
