This is day 2 of diligently logging and being completely honest about my food diary..hoping to lose 20 lbs...
I'm 38 years old and I am a breast cancer "survivor"...I put that in air quotes because I don't really feel like one...I believe that breast cancer is something that will always be a part of me that I am consciously aware of. And that is why I have taken the step toward a healthier lifestyle but one in which i get to enjoy every minute of. I did change my diet and exercise after treatment but I recently got a little lazy with it all and gained a few pounds over the holidays! Now I am ready to get back on track and take care of this body that gets to stick around a little longer! So any tips or advice from you lovely people would be greatly appreciated. And friend me if you would like...love to hear about new tips and recipes! Gracias!
