This is offered by Premier Fitness. Has anyone heard of it? Did it work for you?

I had a consultation with it yesterday and ultimately decided that it was not for me. Their huge focus is on dinner and since I'm a server, dinner is when I am often working so being able to prepare those meals and eat them at an appropriate time is unrealistic for me.

The thing that bogged my mind was that it was telling me that I should be eating 2,396 calories a day based on working out three times per week. MFP tells me that I should be eating 1,200. Why are these so far off?
