Hi. I have been a member for a little while, but finally spent the time to figure out how to use this. I am in my 20's and a grad student. Due to my increases in amount of time sitting in class & studying (& a break-up with a long-term boyfriend) I have gained weight. More importantly though, I have lost track of the ability to make healthy choices when it comes to food. I am hoping that this journey will be more of a way to keep my realistic about what I eat. I was happy to see all the nice posts & well wishes and decided this was a positive, realistic environment to try & become healthier. Good luck to everyone. I hope you all acheive all of your goals ... both health related and non-health related! :happy:
