Last week was a little "cheat" meal (I actually just had tons of calories left for dinner that day and didn't need to count) and we went to Corner Bakery, which is sorta like a Panera. Turns out I didn't need to cheat at all! They had TONS of choices for meals under 600 calories.

I wish EVERY restaurant had such a tool! I wish Panera had one!!
