I am new to this forum but not new to exercising. Unfortunately from my size, you wouldn't be able to tell that i actually can exercise. I am 30 years old, a newlywed with a 2 year old son, 30 Ibs overweight, and i am so ready to get in shape. I've tried to lose weight before. I've even had a personal trainer for 2 months. I lost 8 Ibs and gained it all back. Go figure. I can feel that this time is different. I'm logging my foods and im exercising from home, which is so convenient. My food log is always under calories, maybe because i don't add all the seasonings that i put into my food (which isn't alot) that's just too complicated, but i think im eating enough. Anyway, i wanted to give everyone some encouragement. It may take us a while but we will reach our goals. Good Luck, everyone.

    Welcome!!! We are glad to have you and you will just love this site. I have never ever been good at logging my food but I do it everyday on here and actually look forward to doing it.
