in Introduce Yourself
Was directed here by my weight loss counselor. I just lost 48 lbs and 33 inches and am now learning to introduce back in foods. Having to count calories and didn't know where to go, so was directed here. This will be the next step in my lifestyle change...this will be very helpful.
