Im brand new to Fitness Pal- my GF told me about it and saved me the 16$ a month to do the Jillian program...this one sees great!~Im excited to make some real, manageble changes in my own health maintanence. I love the idea of being held accountable by others...its more motivating at this point than doing it by myself.

man I am pumped to lose ANY weight!

    I am new to the site but really want to shift some extra pounds which is kind of unusual for me because I've never had to worry BUT I turned 50 last year and its sooooo hard to shift this michelin tire! However I do like my food so I wonder how I am going to manage on this reduced number of calories, ideas from anyone else??:drinker:
