My new motivation...

So this weekend was a free weekend for me. The hubby and I went on a long weekend, and ate WAY too much. But I promised myself that I wasn't going to obsess, and I didn't. I ate what I felt like eating when I felt like eating it, and it was kind of awesome. But it screwed with my motivation, because I was thinking, "Well, why can't I just eat like that all the time?"
My brain must have picked up on the fact that I wanted to just stop watching my calories, so last night I had a dream that I bought a pair of jeans in the junior department in a size 10. It made me feel so good, that when I woke up I was really disappointed that I didn't have the jeans, and then got really excited to get to that point.
My motivation is BACK WITH A VENGEANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And here I was about to post that I'm throwing in the towel on this weight loss thing and just try to be healthy......For the same reason! Changing your entire outlook on food is so much harder than dieting because it's a lifelong commitment, not just a quick fix to feel good.
Back to motivationg! Thank you!!!!
