ugh...i couldnt figure out why i wasnt losing anymore, until i pulled down my socks and saw the edema. i hate this anymore. blah blah. Now I swell up like a parched sponge in a puddle.
How much water should i drink to flush?
what do you do to keep from swelling too much?
