Hi, everyone. I'm using this great app for a while, but I'm too busy to spend too much time talking/ writing. Looks like motivation is main problem for lots of people. I'm trying to go for run or at least a walk every day, if I'm too lazy my dog makes me to go :-) my only cheat is cutting on distance. Like to do 10k but quite often go for 7 ... not enough time, lucky my doggie can't answer back.
Anyway, age should be primary motivation. Older we are more fit we should be ... otherwise end will be quite uncomfortable... and time's running fast when you have fun.
