Ugh. I ate way too much food and now I just feel Icky.
I'll have to remind myself not to do that again. I kept trying to find the thing my body was craving but I over did it.. Eww.

Get a bottle of water and down a lot. (dont go overboard) (get it?) ha ha it helps the digestion and it can help pass the junk food quicker so not as bad. NOT A SIMPLE FIX! keep up the good work0

I just caught a Dr Oz show where the guy said to do 60 seconds of squats after a big (splurge) meal. It opens up the muscles which provide faster fuel burn.0

drink some grapefruit juice in conjuction with squats.
