Circuit training.

I just discovered Circuit training and I love it. It incorporates weights, cardio, and ab work in one 50 minute work out. It burns lots of calories and is giving me the shape I want. The one I use is "The Firm Bootcamp- Max calorie burn". It did make me rather sore at first but the more I do it, the easier it gets. I do 2 days of circuit traing, 1 zumba class, 1 power pump class, 2 days of yoga and 1 day of aerobics. I love the strength and stamina of my body right now and I'm starting to see the six pack I so desperately wanted.
