Is Your Dad Buff Enough? The new book Buff Dad is great for dads of all ages, shapes and sizes. The 4-week plan is easy to follow, so it's great for super-busy dudes! And the workouts don't require a bunch of fancy schmancy equipment. Mike, the guy who penned the book, is a dad who lost over 50 lbs. in 6 months. He's also an RD and a personal trainer. Awesome!
