but i found some pics from last summer . i was fat 42 waist should have been 44 and 2x shirts ive lost 40 + lb s and still working on t he last 15 lbs . :drinker:

    the people who around you every day dont notice it as much because they see you all the time, try it out on someone you havent seen in awhile, and remember you did it for you as long as you know thats all that matters by the way nice job and keep up the good work
