Not really.....I have a condition call Supraventricular Tachycardia or SVT for short. It's a condition, that causes my heart to beat at 170 bpm or higher while at rest (It'a caused by my heart's electrical system, misfiring). This morning, we clocked my heart rate at 180-185 bpm for about 20 mins......... I wonder how many calories I burned while lying on the floor? LOL
I should say that, I'm fine. I was sent home form work for the day, and will now take a nap, as my body is telling me that I just ran a marathon.
