Anyone starting Power90?

I did some mega cleaning yesterday and found the Power90 DVDs I bought last year. I'm going to try the first exercise later today. I've tried to "start" it twice before, but this time I'm trying to just think of it as doing a new workout and not some new regiment. :)

Also, to people that have done these before - can I do it bearfoot? I remember the yoga parts being awkward in the first session. :}
