Mini Goals?

Hey everyone!
So I am new to MFP and finally deciding to lose weight and become a healthier person!
I was wondering, what are some of your mini goals? How do you reward yourself for your little victories?
Here's mine:

10lbs. down (by March 3) = new haircut!
20lbs. down (by April 10) = night out on the town!
30lbs. down (by May 17 ) = gym membership (this is when I'll be back home from college, get a membership in my hometown!)
40lbs. down (by June 24) = bikini time!

and finally, 50 lbs. down! (by July 31) = belly button piercing!

So I've spilled... your turn!

    I've decided to have my goals in 6kg intervalls -so 6 kg down every second month.

    #1 101 kg - a massage
    #2 95 kg - a pair of shoes, for running
    #3 89 kg - a weekend trip or a last minute vacation
    #4 83 kg - an awesome halloween costume (if a'm abroad working a course in scuba diving)
    #5 77 kg - a set of Insanity workout (to get toned up during the last part)
    #6 71 kg - a rock 'n roll new years eve dress from All Saints

    So it's a nice mix of motivational stuff and workout stuff. To keep me fit but happy :D
