OMG i am still not losing any weight- this is so frustrating I have less than 5 weeks to shed this weight and yet its still not coming off no matter what I do I even started eating my exercise calories even though it makes no sense to eat the calories that you burn considering that you need to burn more than what you eat per what everyone always says-- I am just beyond fed up I have been at the same weight give or take the same 2-3lbs that flucuates since Feb- No matter how I monitor my eating and workout like a feen the weight doesn't come off-- what else needs to be done- I drink constant water nothing else I eat 5-6 times a day with in my calories I even chopped my calories down to 1200 and still nothing- AHHHHHHHHHHH! :explode:

I am with you. I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I exercise I eat my work out calories. I exercise I don't eat my work out calories. I eat my normal 1200 calories and don't exercise. I haven't moved in weight for close to a month now!

Have you ever had your thyroid tested? One of the symptoms of an underactive thyroid is the inability to lose weight.

I'm sorry to hear that, that sounds really frustrating!

I'm not very good at giving advice or tips, but did you also cut down on the other things too like carbs, fat, etc. when you cut down on your calories? I think it's also really important to watch out for your carb and sodium intake too. Maybe update your fitness profile if you haven't already done that too?...:noway:

Yeah I saw my doctor back in April and again in May I had a bunch of bloodwork done and all was great- they are even scratching their heads wondering why nothing is happening-- I know I have weight to lose because I see and feel the fat- but nothing is happening

Ok how do your clothes feel, I lost 8 lbs then I gained 3, then lost 2, then gained 4. I have been sitting around the same weight I started, but I have lost inches, it isn't the weight that matters, even though I really would like to see the scale move as well. Hang in there.!
