I need to start planning my meals, I think it's probably the only way I'll get on track & stay there. I've seen a few websites that help you with meal planning. I need all the help I can get. I don't like cooking and have no imagination when it comes to what I eat. I just wait for meal times, then "try" to make a wise/healthy decision. Do you plan your meals and how do you go about it? I think it will save me time, money and help my weightloss.

I have a white board on my fridge that is spread out for the week. On sundays I think about what I would like to do this week and write what I'm making for dinner each night of the week. It keeps me on track of what groceries I need for the meals I'm planning this week and my boyfriend knows what's for dinner when I'm not home!0

You may try logging your food into MFP for the next day as you would eat them. In other words, plan your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks to see where you are with respect to calories. Then you can tweek things by increasing/decreasing serving sizes to reach your goal. This also works the next day as you know what to eat and when.0
