Hey, I'm finding weight loss very frustrating as I expect everyone else is. I have been exercising now for a few year and this time last year had a great result and had lost about 2 stone which was awesome :happy:happy: . Gradually though its crept back on because I haven't had the time to get out. I live on my own and have 2 kids and have just felt really run down and constantly getting colds and things so the running and gym have kind of slowed.
Now I am determined to get back on it. the thing that bugs me is that since getting this calorie counter thing it seems that I very rarely eat over the amount of calories that I am supposed to ( 1240) and I still manage to maintain my wobbly bits. Why, oh why, oh why is this??!! It seems I have to starve myself and run my bum off to maintain a UK size 12 not fair! Does anyone else have the same problem as me?
