You want to lose a pound?

For every pound you want to lose, you'll need to eliminate 3,500 calories! ( Fitnessmagazine.com) I think I may put this into use to get beyond my plateau! That is 500 cals a day I could do that ( I have been slacking on the workout front, hurt my back a little while back and I have been nudging my way back in slowly ( slower than I probably needed!)
