Hi, I'm just new to this, i started my weight loss programme a few weeks ago but needed a way to monitor my food intake and my exercise so that I didn't slip with it, love this way of doing it! I'm only looking to loose a few pounds but I'll be using this site to also maintain my weight once I reach my goal so would like to meet some like minded people, add me as a friend so we can keep each other motivated! :O) Look forward to hearing from people!
