Hey I am doing the running room training program and they suggest that you run for 10 min and then walk for 1 min. I hate looking at my watch all the time! is there a way to set an ironman watch to count down 10 and 1s. Is there any watch / HRM that can do this?

I know my garmin foreruner 405 cx can do that...i used to have a timex but i think it can only do a timer for one set time and im not sure if it would repeat that or not. Good luck.0
