I am often over in both protein and fiber. Is that normal, or do I need to watch those more carefully. I am usually only over protein by around 20, and over Fiber by like 10.
Thanks for your advice!

From my experience, the more fiber the better because it is keeping your intestines and colon healthy and flushing toxins out of your body. I bet you are a lot more regular than if you hadn't had that much fiber. As for the protein, as long as you are doing some type of strength training, a little extra protein is only going to help you build muscle!0

Those are very good to be over! Aim to be ovr on fiber every day. It is terrific for you. And as for protien, dont worry about it. Protien doesnt turn to fat. Helps buld muscle and keep ypu full. In fact, I had about 170g of protein yesterday :]0

Those are the 2 I'm always over. It's not bad. They both keep you feeling fuller longer, and both have great reasons to be over. Just know that protein is best when it's being put to use, physically.0
