Truck Loading

I load 2-3 UPS delivery trucks every morning - not the semis, but the little brown ones. Anyway, there is a lot of walking involved as well as sorting as the boxes go down the belt, and of course the moving of a few hundred packages from the belt onto the trucks. This site estimates that I burn 635 calories an hour on my job - and that I should eat 4102 calories a day! I just don't feel like I've burned that many calories, but maybe that's because I'm used to it. Does that number seem a bit high to anyone else?

3500 - 4500 sounds about right to me. I used to work for UPS

Well, by that thinking then the reason I am not losing weight is most likely because I don't eat enough. Dang.

I'd say that's high. Set your activity to level to active, and don't count your work day as cardio, see what it tells you.
