Can't get all my calories in

Some days, like today, I'm just not hungry and can't see eating all of my calories for the day. Does anybody have any tips on that? I'm afraid it's going to slow down my process if I don't eat the 1200.

I know they say (and everyone does) that you NEED to get your calories in everyday ... I rarely do. One or two days a week of only taking in 1,000 or 1,100 isn't going to slow you down. Listen to your body, do what makes you feel comfortable.

Every now and then is okay. Try increasing your portions just a little ... like, instead of 4 oz of chicken, try 5. It's a few more calories and doesn't feel like much more food than you're already eating. Eat a high-calorie nut like walnuts or almonds 'cause they're high calorie but very good for you. Also, peanut butter... it's at least 200 calories for JUST 2 tbsp and it's delicious!

  • Eat More Protein Items - Peanut Butter, Eggs, Tuna, Fish, Turkey, Cheese... these items will sustain you better then carbs will.

Try a calorie dense smoothie- good additions:
    coconut milk
    greek yogurt
    fruit
No need to add protein powder if you don't have it- depending on which kind of greek yogurt you get, you're looking at a decent up to 14g of protein.
