I was just reading my ww magazine and in there it saids your write everything down in a note book well we know this but I never thought of this one which I should of take a picture of your food when your out eating and not near a notebook then go back to the picture on your phone and type everything down on here. I just seen this and thought I would share with mfp friends.

    ooooh thats a good idea for when you cant necessarily get access to mfp - i might try doing that when im with friends so im not being rude or antisocial lol
    i love the ww mags although i havent bought one for a while :)
