my mom makes me get that all the time for her, i work at whole foods market, and ive never tasted it, but calorie wise and her opinion make me want to try it.0

Yet another reason we need a Trader Joe's here! The closest one is 3 hours away!0

I eat regular peanut butter because it has all sorts of good fats and proteins in it. Less calories means less of that. So since I'm not having a hard time staying under, I definitely will continue with the regular.0

it tastes just like a Reese's peanut butter cup (without the chocolate)0

What is in it if it is so low in calories??? I am trying not to eat a lot of things that have words I can not pronounce in the ingredients but love PB!!0

I tried it once and thought it was awful! I love my natural PB. To each their own!!0 -

... and that's... a good thing?0 -
Thanks for the tip but I'm not sure where a Trater Joes is in regards to P. C. Love learning new calorie, fat and sugar free tips. Still looking for the reciept for Diet Orange Cake from Weight Watchers for my Mom and Dads Birthdays.0

Maranatha - Organic Creamy Peanut Butter!! I love it0

They have one set of ingredients but two sets of flavors, something is strange here.0

I have been taking a handful of almonds and grinding them in my coffee grinder. Adding a little olive oil, a serving of almonds is just right for a serving. Tastes pretty good, calories about the same but I know exactly what is it, and I can pronounce it all! BTW I am a thousand miles from a Trader Joes.0

It's got a lot of other ingredients in it... I think I'll stick with my natural peanut butter, it's not unhealthy!
Everyone has their own tastes though, and if portion control is a problem then perhaps this is a better option? I LOVE my nut butters though!!!0 -

Ditto for me. I need all the calories I can get.0 -
Trader Joe's also has wonderful all-natural peanut butter and almond butter.
Weird that they sell something not their brand though. With a few cereal exceptions and most beverages, everything in mine is Trader Joe's label.0 -
I've seen Better'n Peanut Butter at Target.0

Really? My TJ's all have tons of awesome stuff that aren't just their label. I can't imagine how tiny the stores would be if it was only their labels. I love TJ's though. Between them, Sprouts and a couple of other small, local markets I'm in tasty and healthy food heaven. And a Fresh and Easy is going to be opening in my neighborhood in March, so I'm super excited about that. My Sprouts is pretty far away so I'm hoping that Fresh and Easy will be really similar and save me some gas money. heh
Oh, and I love Better'N Peanut Butter. I grew up on Adam's PB and it has that same kind of "old fashioned" taste to it. I think folks that are more used to the Jif and Skippy kinda stuff are gonna have a harder time liking Better'N Peanut Butter. Though, even I have to admit the chocolate flavor is really gross. I find it at TJ's and Target in my area.
The other PB I really like is the Bell Plantation PB2. Both the regular and chocolate flavors in that are really, really good. And it's the same calories as Better'N Peanut Butter.0 -

Yep, really. The ones in NYC (which are NOT tiny) have Kashi and some other organic brands of cereal and some non-TJ's name beverages (largely of the alcoholic variety), maybe a few of the pre-packages meats. But other than that everything is Trader Joe's (or whichever language variation).0
