Cramps!

I cramp up all the time. I get cramps in my toes, my calves, hips, hands...everywhere. I have 1/2 a banana every day and drink more than the recommended 8 cups of water a day. I have 1 cup a coffe a day (sometimes two if its a long one) and when I drink alcohol I always make sure to drink more water than usual. Any suggestions for preventing these cramps??
