A decent amount of the weight I'm trying to lose is found on my back (ugh) and I was just wondering if anyone knew of any good exercises that focuses on this area? It'd help me out a great amount!!

The only way to decrease the fat on some part of your body is to decrease overall body fat. You can't "spot reduce" just one area.

I've been doing the 30 Day Shred she adds several back exercises.
1) Go into squat position (take weights) straight out in front of you and pull them back squeezing your sholder blades together
2) Military press with leg kick.
3) Go into lunge position with your weights and pull your weights back squeezing your sholder blades together.
Basically any type of strength training is going to help you out.0
